Admission to the Manager Pool
In order to be admitted to our manager pool, an Interim Manager must first send us his application (preferably by E-mail). As soon as we have received the same, we will analyze it. When we mention “analyze”, we mean we will evaluate reports that may have been attached and research previous links to listed companies, projects and positions.
We will also hold structured telephone interviews prior to admission of Interim Managers which usually take approx. 60 minutes and will also hold face-to-face interviews in our premises or at an agreed location and will seek references relating to our Interim Managers over the phone. This way, we get to know our managers better and can decide if they are the right candidates for our pool and also where their strengths and experiences lie.
In order to ensure the quality of our database, we only take a select few new Interim Managers on.
