Project Coordination

Our services do not end with placing an Interim Manager. Project coordination is important to us. As such, we support both Interim Manager and company during the entire project phase. Furthermore, we are able to bring in our know-how and that of our partner firms in order to support the Interim Manager and secure a successful finalization of the project.

Right from the start, our Interim Manager takes on full responsibility for his tasks – there is no period of grace! On a regular basis, the Interim Manager reports progress, success or problems to you and EXECUTIVES.AGENCY. It is our task to support and ensure professional quality during the operative implementation of your tasks – during the entire length of the interim mandate.

Our involvement in your project does not end with signing the contract – on the contrary: We understand ourselves as your active sparring partner who tries his best to achieve positive project results for you. Therefore, we remain at your disposal as consultant after finalization of the interim mandate.

Special scenario: Permanent employment after the interim mandate has ended.

Often, Interim Managers bridge personnel vacancies for a period of time until the position is permanently filled again. Sometimes, however, it becomes clear that both the Interim Manager and the principal would like to work together on a long-term basis. In such case, we are granted a Finder’s Fee amounting to 30 % of the stipulated annual income.
